What is Food Runners?

Food Runners allows you to get quality food from the restaurants you know and love delivered straight to you.

How long will my delivery be?

Please allow around 45 minutes for delivery. If your delivery is going to be longer or is delayed, we'll notify you via text message on the contact number you provided.

What if I have food allergies or want to customize my order?

When you select an item to add to the cart, you'll be able to add special instructions such as allergies or customizations to thee specific item. These instructions will be seen the restaurant when they prepare your order.

What if I have a problem with my order?

How much does Food Runners cost?

Our delivery fee is based on a zone system, so it will vary depending on where you're wanting delivery. The delivery fee will also be visible before you confirm your order so you'll always know how much you'll be paying.

When is Food Runners available?

We are open 11:00am - 9:00pm 7 days.

Can you pick up orders that we have already placed?

We want to ensure that your food is piping hot and picked up the second it's prepared by the restaurant. For this reason, we DO NOT pick up orders that were not placed by us. Please place all your orders on our website.
